‘बढ़ो बहू’ की एक्ट्रेस ‘रयताशा’ ने कहा- ‘हां, हम ब्रा पहनते हैं, शेयर की Photos

टीवी सीरियल्‍स में कई बार सच कहने के लिए झिझकती हीरोइनें रीयल लाइफ में काफी बोल्‍ड अंदाज में अपनी बात रखती हैं और ऐसा ही कुछ किया है एंड टीवी के सीरियल ‘बढ़ो बहू’ की लीड एक्‍ट्रेस रयताशा राठौर ने किया है. इस शो में रयताशा एक हरियाणवी बहू के किरदार में नजर आती हैं. रयताशा ने अपना एक ब्‍लैक एंड वाइट फोटो शेयर करते हुए, महिलाओं को उनके कपड़ों के लिए शर्मिंदा करने वालें लोगों को एक करारा संदेश दिया है. रयताशा ने अपने शो की एक घटना का जिक्र करते हुए लिखा है, ‘इसमें शर्म की बात नहीं है यार. हां, हम ब्रा पहनते हैं! और हां हमारे स्‍तन हैं.’ रयताशा ने अपने पोस्‍ट की शुरुआत करते हुए बताया है कि उनके सीरियल ‘बड़ो बहू’ के एक सीन में दिखाया जाना है कि पहलवानी करते हुए बड़ो की शर्ट पीछे से फट जाती है और उसकी ब्रा की स्‍ट्रैप पीछे से दिखने लगती है. ऐसे में सभी बढ़ो को शर्मिंदा करते हैं और उसे इसके लिए सजा तक देने की बात करते हैं. लेकिन शुक्र है कि बड़ों के पास प्रतिशील विचारों वाले ऑनस्‍क्रीन सास ससुर हैं.’

After all life is just one big dream sequence. It's just that our dreams are different. Fundamentally Badho and I are so different and yet we have so many similarities. In one year of playing the same character day after day – I've taken what is good from her, and of course I've put a lot of myself into her. It's been a fruitful year and I feel as though I've gotten as much out of it as I possibly could've. I could play Badho in my sleep. But the real challenge is – what else can I do to make it better? Some days it's just so auto pilot that I don't even bother getting into the details – like today. And other days I put my heart and soul into it – like I did yesterday. I gotta work that way everyday even though it's tough. But here I am, trying. That's all we can really do. Anyway I'm done for the day now. रयताशा अपनी पोस्‍ट में लिखती हैं, ‘यही चीज मुझे अपने शो में सबसे ज्‍यादा पसंद है. इस तरह से हम सीमाओं को बढ़ाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. मुझे अच्‍छा लगेगा अगर और भी एक्‍टर्स और प्रोड्यूसर ऐसा कंटेंट टीवी पर उपलब्‍ध कराएं जिसकी हमारे समाज को जरूरत है. हम संकुचित दिमागों को बड़ा बनाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं.’ उन्‍होंने अपने पोस्‍ट में लिखा, ‘ इसमें शर्म की बात नहीं है यार. हां, हम ब्रा पहनते हैं! और हां हमारे स्‍तन हैं. इसी स्‍तन में स्‍तन ग्रंथियां होती हैं जो नवजात बच्‍चों को पोषण देती हैं.’

अपनी बात रखते हुए रयताशा ने अपने पोस्‍ट में लिखा है, ‘यह कोई शर्म की बात नहीं है, मुझे इसके बारे में फुसफुसा कर मत बताइए ताकी मैं शर्मिंदा हूं. ठीक है यार, औरत हूं, स्‍तन हैं, ब्रा पहनती हूं, थोड़ा दिख गया तो क्‍या? ठरकी नजरों से मत देखो यार. या देखना है तो घूर कर मत देखो. थोड़े सभ्‍य बनो, महिलाओं की इज्‍जत करो. हमारे शरीर, हमारी यौनिकता की इज्‍जत करो. बहुत ज्ञान हो गया. अपना पॉइंट प्रूव करने के लिए मैं आपके लिए एक लो लाइट सेल्‍फी भी पोस्‍ट कर रही हूं. ताकी इस सब को सामान्‍य किया जा सके.’\

The latest drama on my show is that while wrestling Badho's kameez tears from behind and her bra strap is exposed. All the forces of evil try to punish her, shame her – but she's lucky enough to have very progressive onscreen in laws. This is what I love about my show. We're pushing the envelope in these little ways. I'd love for more producers and actors to make content that our society needs. To tell stories that will help to uplift this entire country. To widen the narrow minds. To question the norm. To move ahead with the times. So her kameez tore and her bra strap was exposed. So what? Let's normalise these things. No shame in it yaar. YES WE WEAR BRAS! And YES WE HAVE BREASTS. They contain mammary glands – essential in providing nutrition to new born infants. Other than being aesthetically pleasing they serve a very important function. And yes they sometimes need a bra to support them through the day. Bra straps will peek out of our blouses… and that's okay. It's not a shameful thing – don't whisper it to me like I should be embarrassed. Theek hain yaar, aurat hoon, boobs hain, bra pehenti hoon – thoda dikh gaya toh kya? Tharki nazron se mat dekho yaar. Ya dekhna hai toh ghoor ke mat dekho. Be thoda decent guys, learn to respect women. Learn to respect our bodies, our sexuality – but don't make everything about that. Anyway too much gyaan is happening, so imma stop.
